We want you to be happy with your Jelly Palette purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may request a return within 2 days of delivery.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a full refund:

• The item must be unused and unopened.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• The return request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and its condition. If the item meets the return requirements, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Used Items or Missing Original Packaging

If the item has been used, shows signs of use, or is returned without its original packaging, we are unable to provide a full refund. In these cases, a 50% refund may be issued after inspection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
