4. Shipping

Orders are shipped from New Jersey, USA.

We aim to ship orders the same day or the next business day. However, estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Jelly Palette is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a full refund, the product must be:

• Unused and unopened

• In its original condition

• Returned with its original packaging

All returned products are subject to inspection after we receive them.

If a returned product has been used, shows signs of use, or is returned without its original packaging, it will not qualify for a full refund. After inspection, a 50% refund may be issued.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
